In 2011 two academic researchers, one from the London School of Economics and the other from University of Cambridge, discussed the possibilities of researching embedded
options in leasehold property or ‘relativity’. However, it was another researcher from the London School of Economics, who acted as a catalyst. The data analysis continues
and thus far, over 8,000 pre 1993 sales have been analyzed.
The name Parthenia was chosen as it is Greek and means ‘maiden’ or ‘virgin’.
